Description
Belong is a values-driven care organisation providing services for older people through care villages and community-based care, with particular expertise in dementia support. Our digital and technology initiatives play an important role in helping teams work effectively, supporting high-quality care, and ensuring investment in systems and processes delivers meaningful outcomes across the organisation.
As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of digital and technology initiatives that help Belong translate business needs into clear, well-governed projects. This role sits at the centre of collaboration across operational leaders, frontline teams, IT, application support, data colleagues, and external partners, with a strong focus on enabling change, supporting adoption, and ensuring new systems and ways of working are embedded successfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and technology projects across Belong, ensuring structured governance and outcome-focused delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, timelines and milestones, and manage budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to keep delivery aligned, controlled and progressing to plan.
- Maintain governance, reporting and decision logs, providing regular updates to the Head of Digital Transformation and stakeholders.
- Lead change, communication and training activities to support adoption of new systems and ways of working.
- Engage operational leaders, frontline teams, IT, application support and data colleagues to ensure stakeholder needs are reflected in delivery.
- Define and track measurable benefits, support post-implementation reviews and ensure compliant handover into operational support.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow Belong policies and safe working practices, contribute to audits and meetings, support colleagues’ development and uphold Belong’s standards and values.
