Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Responsibilities (80%)

• Develop, maintain, and implement the CAE Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Plan.
• Assess ILS requirements and their impact on system design, support concepts, and sparing strategies.
• Ensure customer ILS requirements are identified, understood, implemented, and achieved throughout the program lifecycle.
• Tailor ILS activities to meet program objectives while maintaining a cost-effective and efficient support solution.
• Monitor and manage subcontractor ILS activities and deliverables.
• Provide specialist ILS support to engineering teams to ensure systems are supportable, maintainable, reliable, and sustainable.
• Lead ILS activities during proposal development, including acquisition and sustainment opportunities.
• Participate in reviews, studies, and assessments that influence Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) requirements.
• Conduct analyses relating to spares, tools, test equipment, reliability, maintainability, and life cycle costs.
• Prepare, maintain, and deliver ILS artefacts and reports, including program plans, analysis reports, training materials, and obsolescence management plans and assessments.

Business Process Owner, ILS (10%)

• Ensure compliance with applicable legislative, contractual, and customer requirements.
• Promote safe work practices and support environmental management objectives across all ILS activities.
• Drive the closure of actions arising from audits, reviews, performance measures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Subject Matter Expert, ILS (10%)

• Maintain current knowledge of relevant ILS legislation, regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership for ILS activities across acquisition and sustainment programs.
• Lead or contribute to the development of ILS solutions during bid and proposal activities in accordance with the Lead-to-Award process.
