Description
As a Transportation Manager, you will support parcel shipping operations across a multi-site US fulfillment network by overseeing shipping plan reviews, carrier invoice audits, claims management, and performance reporting. Reporting to the US-based Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will help ensure efficient daily operations while coordinating updates through email, Slack, and reports, primarily during US business off-hours. You will support both an established consumer brand and a growing supply chain services business, adapting to different carrier networks, systems, processes, and client requirements as the business expands.
Company Profile:
Our client is a leading dog-focused brand dedicated to making dogs and their people happy through innovative products, experiences, and services. Founded in 2011, the company began with a monthly subscription offering themed boxes of toys and treats and has since expanded its product offerings, shipping over 70 million toys and treats to dogs worldwide. Driven by customer feedback and a passion for pets, the company continues to develop new ways to strengthen the bond between dogs and their families.
As they continue to grow, they are now looking for a Transportation Manager to join their growing team and support parcel shipping operations across a multi-site US fulfillment network. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience managing carrier operations, shipping performance, and transportation-related processes.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with US-based supply chain leadership while contributing to both an established consumer brand and an expanding supply chain services business. You will gain exposure to diverse carrier networks, client requirements, and operational systems, allowing you to broaden your logistics expertise and make a meaningful impact on transportation efficiency and business growth.
