Deputy Manager/Manager IE

Major responsibilities:

• Timely execution of Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study/ estimation/ MOST) for manual and machining area.
• Analysis of MIS and initiate Process improvement.
• Timely preparation of process routings for new material & aggregates 
• Layout development for Lean mfg. multi-tasking and skill elimination.
• Marginal analysis and capacity calculation for plant.
• Identify & Execution of Lean projects, waste elimination in existing process.
• Cost reduction program in sub-contracting and logistic service.
• Standard work instruction and process for all products.
• Selection of new equipment for required process.

Functional Competencies:

• Knowledge of Tool-Engineering, 
• Process Planning, Time Study & Time Estimation, knowledge of  work Study
• Knowledge & Hands on experience of SAP-PP module & MS Office
• Knowledge of MOST Technique  
• Knowledge of Auto –CAD.  
• Exposure to Lean mfg. process
• Knowledge of manufacturing process for engineering industry
• Knowledge of APS system
