我們正在尋找一位經驗豐富且具備專業證照的空調技術員加入我們的團隊。您將負責商業大樓/園區內暖通空調（HVAC）系統的日常運行、維護、故障排除及預防性保養工作，確保室內環境舒適度符合標準，並延長設備使用壽命。

主要職責

日常巡檢與監控：

• 每日對冷水主機、冷卻塔、冰水泵、空調箱（AHU）、風機盤管（FCU）及新風系統進行巡檢，記錄運行參數（溫度、壓力、電流等）。

• 監控樓宇自控系統（BAS/BMS），及時發現並處理異常警報。

預防性保養（PM）：

• 執行年度、季度及月度預防性保養計劃，包括清洗濾網、檢查皮帶鬆緊度、補充潤滑油、檢查電氣接點等。

• 定期清洗冷卻塔及冷凝器，確保熱交換效率。

故障維修與應急響應：

• 快速響應客戶或內部報修，診斷空調系統故障原因並進行修復。

• 在緊急情況下（如極端天氣或設備突發停機），提供支援以恢復系統正常運行。

合規與安全：

• 嚴格遵守公司安全作業規範（EHS），確保所有操作符合當地法規及安全標準。

• 妥善管理備品備件庫存，及時申報採購需求。

• 完整填寫維護記錄、工作單及交接班日誌。

任職資格

教育背景：

• 高中/職專以上學歷，機械、電機、冷凍空調或相關科系畢業優先。

專業證照（必備）：

• 持有台灣勞動部核發之 「冷凍空調技術士」 證照（丙級或以上，乙級優先）。

• 具備 「電匠執照」 或相關電氣作業資格者佳。

• 具備高空作業安全訓練證書者佳。

工作經驗：

• 具備 2 年以上大型商業建築、酒店或工廠 HVAC 系統維護經驗。

• 熟悉常見品牌設備（如 Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin 等）的操作與維護特性。

技能要求：

• 熟練使用常用維修工具及檢測儀器（如萬用表、鉗形電流表、高低壓錶、真空泵等）。

• 具備基本的電路圖閱讀能力，能獨立排查電氣控制迴路故障。

• 略懂電腦操作，能使用 Email 及簡單的辦公軟體填寫報告。
