What would you do? The Employee Relations Admin Senior Analyst provides advanced operational and subject matter support for employee relations activities for clients in the Airlines industry. The role manages complex and sensitive employee relations cases across airline workforce populations in Australia, ensuring consistent application of policies, regulatory compliance, and high-quality case outcomes. As a senior practitioner, this role supports case governance, quality control, and continuous improvement within employee relations operations in a highly regulated and operationally critical airline environment. Execute the complete scope of Case management - Leave of Absence services across internal teams and external service providers in managing the Leave process from system updates to approval of leaves or managing return to work using the guiding principles applicable for each region through accurate document collation and process and policy adherence . Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic HR and business objectives. Drive initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices
What are we looking for? • Relevant years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or employee relations administration roles.• Experience handling complex cases, escalations, or quality governance in employee relations environments. •• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. • Strong expertise in employee relations processes, HR operations, and case management.• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, employment legislation, and procedural guidelines accurately.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for complex and sensitive cases.• Ability to mentor and provide operational guidance to junior team members.• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.• Preferred: Experience supporting Airlines industry employee relations, regulated workforce environments, or large operational organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Manage complex and high-risk employee relations cases, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and escalations across airline operations.• Serve as a subject matter expert for employee relations processes, policies, and case administration within airline workforce environments.• Review and validate employee relations case documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.• Support resolution of escalated employee relations issues and provide guidance to Analysts and Associates.• Conduct quality checks, audits, and root cause analysis on employee relations cases and recommend corrective actions.• Contribute to development and maintenance of work instructions, process documentation, and controls within employee relations operations.• Collaborate with HR, legal, and operational stakeholders to support effective and timely case resolution.• Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and security of employee relations information in line with organizational and regulatory requirements. •"Region: Australia (AEST – Sydney/Melbourne) Local Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST IST Conversion: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST"
