Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients while creating a welcoming and friendly first impression
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient daily flow
- Verify insurance and collect patient information accurately
- Manage incoming calls, texts, and patient communication professionally
- Assist with patient check-out, including treatment review and payment collection
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- 1+ year of dental or healthcare front office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental software and insurance processes preferred
