About the Media & Creative Team

The Media & Creative team helps clients maximize the impact of their advertising and media investments. We evaluate campaigns across TV, online video, social media, digital, radio, outdoor, and emerging channels to understand what drives effectiveness.

Our work combines consumer research, analytics, marketing science, and strategic consulting. We advise clients on questions such as:

• Which advertising campaigns are most effective?
• How can creative executions be improved?
• Which media channels generate the greatest impact?
• How should brands optimize their media mix?
• What drives brand growth and campaign success?

As an intern, you will become part of a team of passionate consultants, analysts, and marketing experts who work at the forefront of media and creative effectiveness.

 

What You'll Do

During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience in both research and consulting activities. Depending on your interests and skills, you may:

• Support the design and execution of marketing and advertising effectiveness studies
• Managing and overseeing planning and project timelines across multiple clients
• Analyze consumer, media, and campaign performance data
• Translate research findings into compelling insights and recommendations
• Help create client presentations and reports
• Participate in client meetings and internal workshops
• Collaborate with consultants on strategic client challenges

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop both analytical and commercial consulting skills while working with leading brands.

 

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious student who is passionate about marketing, media, advertising, and consumer behavior.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Affinity with marketing, branding, media, and advertising effectiveness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch (Pre)
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

 

Nice to Have

• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint or other analytical tools
• Experience with quantitative or qualitative research methods
• Knowledge of marketing effectiveness, media strategy, or consumer insights
