Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Market Manager Perioperative, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that  impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

 

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to establish and maintain effective communication while adhering to expectations of professionalism and camaraderie with co-workers, peers, supervisors and all persons with whom this role interacts.

  • Schedules nursing staff to specific shifts, taking into account past utilization trends. Measures employee performance. Assists in the training of new staff members and the development of existing staff members.
  • Coordinates the activities of the unit during a particular shift and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the nursing staff.
  • Assesses, monitors, and educates the nursing staff on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary.
  • Provides nursing care to patients on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Of Nursing or equivalent education and experience
  • One (1) year of leadership experience 
  • Registered Nurse: NV
  • American Heart Association
    • Basic Life Support - CPR
