Job Description
- Business segments covered: PFS (non-individual) & Emerging Enterprise / Wholesale Banking segments covering conventional and Islamic cases.
- Handling and processing documentation for various types of conventional loan / Islamic financing facilities.
- Ensuring completion of documentation and full compliance of conditions precedent / pre-disbursement terms and conditions prior to signing off disbursement for / making available loan / financing facilities.
- Performing accurate, complete and timely data input / maintenance into the relevant systems.
- Attending to queries from business partners and relevant stakeholders on documentation related issues.
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time e.g. data cleansing exercises, special projects, UATs, regression testing, etc.
Requirement:
- A recognised Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 – 4 years' relevant experience in banking environment, especially in wholesale conventional loan / Islamic financing documentation
- Preferably with experience in handling documentation for wholesale conventional loan & Islamic financing
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office software - Words, Excel and Power Point
- Team player, keen and quick learner, progressive thinker and implementer
- Competent in one’s functional / technical skills
- Get things done within the given timeline, using time effectively and efficiently and can be counted on to meet team’s, unit’s, department’s, division’s and Group’s goals successfully
- Understands that different situations and levels may call for different skills and approaches, and actively applies this knowledge
- Pursues work with energy, drive and determination
- Effective people and stakeholder management skills
- Able to communicate effectively with business partners and relevant stakeholders
- Good command of oral and written English
