Description
The Marketing Manager - Life and Diversified (12 month max term contract) is responsible for developing, driving and executing marketing strategies and initiatives for HCF's Life Insurance and diversified product portfolio.
You will work closely with Brand, Media, Digital, Member Marketing and Product teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, consideration and acquisition. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, influencing investment decisions and delivering high-quality execution across paid and owned channels.
About you
You're a commercially minded marketer with experience delivering integrated campaigns that drive growth, product consideration and customer acquisition. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action.
You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, advertising or a related discipline
- Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across Brand, Media, Digital and Product teams
- Experience using data, customer insights, testing and performance reporting to optimise marketing effectiveness and drive commercial outcomes
- A results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, project management and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in regulated environments and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
