PURPOSE:
- Be responsible for providing professional legal advice/ consultancy in relation to promotion campaigns.
- Ensuring all contracts and legal documents are at the best interest of the Company and in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide timely advice on their impact on the Company's business and operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Work closely with related departments to deliver legal advice/ consultancy and supports.
- Review, draft, negotiate and finalize contracts with business partners/ suppliers at the best interest of the Company and in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Provide legal trainings to staffs of related departments on topics as business required from time to time.
- Keep other stakeholders updated with new law/regulations, assess legal risks and coordinate for impact assessment with other departments;
- Support the Legal Team Lead on matters assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- LL.B.
- At least 3 years of experience in legal department of a MNC or a law firm.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good English (writing and speaking)
- Good knowledge of Vietnam legal system
- Good communication skill
- Good analytical and business writing skills
- Computer proficiency
- Active, teamwork
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
