Description
Our client is a very high end free standing fine dining restaurant (Michelin * level) in Bali, renowned for its contemporary culinary approach and exceptional guest experience.
They are looking to appoint a Restaurant Manager, who will oversee the day to day front of house operations, drive service excellence, further develop the team, and contribute to the restaurant's overall business performance.
This role will be as #1 role in the restaurant and will be reporting directly to the Owners.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Experience in a similar role within high end fine dining restaurants
• Experience with tasting menus
• Working experience in Asia is preferred
• Dynamic individual with luxury foundation
• Excellent attention to detail and service execution
• Strong passion for gastronomy, local ingredients, and exceptional guest experiences
• Proven ability to lead and develop high performing restaurant teams
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and business performance
• Passion for service excellence and quality standards
• Guest centric, very visible on the floor, enjoys touching tables
• Creative, proactive, and solutions oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well presented with a confident and engaging personality
• Having a “whatever it takes” attitude
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Flexible, hands on, and highly motivated
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Computer literate
