Job Summary:

  • As a Bar Lead, you would be responsible for supervisory duties including controlling costs, scheduling, inventory control, and training of your team as well as responsible for providing great guest service by mixing quality cocktails, pouring a proper draft and decanting wine to achieve the best taste.
  • As a Bartender, you would be responsible for providing great guest service by mixing quality cocktails, pouring a proper draft and decanting wine to achieve the best taste.
  • As a Cocktail Server, you would be responsible for offering our guests alcoholic beverages and appetizers in one of our lounges.
  • As a Barista, you would be responsible for combining skills that include great guest service and the ability to make hot beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes and espresso.

The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: Late October 2026 - Early March 2027Pay: $7.50/hr + tips - $12.00/hr +tips, wage dependent on positionSchedule: Typical schedule is 40+ hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities

Bar Lead

Bartender

  • Responsible for providing great guest service by mixing quality cocktails, pouring a proper draft and decanting wine to achieve the best taste. All employees serving alcohol must be 21 years of age or older.

Cocktail Server

  • Offer our guests alcoholic beverages and appetizers as they relax in the lounge. All employees serving alcohol must be 21 years of age or older.

Barista

  • Responsible for combining skills that include great guest service and the ability to make hot beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes and espresso.

Qualifications

  • Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly: Service procedures, beverage and food menus as appropriate, and point of sale system
  • Background in bartending, including knowledge of common brand selections and recipes.
  • Computer experience and knowledge of ordering and inventory procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to motivate and foster a positive work environment.
  • Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required.  Workshops will be provided if not currently certified. If candidate fails to pass this course and exam, a second opportunity will be provided; if still not successful, candidate will be placed in a position that does not require TIPS certification.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Physical Requirements include:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
  • Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
