Are you a dependable, self-motivated technician who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional customer service? Mercedes-Benz of Fort Walton Beach is looking for a Mercedes-Benz Certified Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Service team.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll bring the Mercedes-Benz dealership experience directly to our customers by performing routine maintenance and light repair services at their home or workplace. You'll operate a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz Mobile Service Van while delivering the same quality, professionalism, and attention to detail our guests expect from our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, filters, wiper blades, recalls, and scheduled maintenance. 
• Diagnose and perform light repairs that can be safely completed in a mobile environment. 
• Travel to customer homes, businesses, and designated locations in a Mercedes-Benz Mobile Service vehicle. 
• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with Mercedes-Benz policies and procedures. 
• Complete Mercedes-Benz multipoint inspections and accurately document all findings. 
• Communicate repair recommendations and maintenance needs clearly with customers and the service team. 
• Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment and special service tools. 
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and cleanliness of the Mobile Service vehicle. 
• Accurately complete repair orders, warranty documentation, and technician stories. 
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing the Mercedes-Benz brand professionally. 
• Follow all dealership safety policies and Mercedes-Benz operating procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Mercedes-Benz Technician Certification required.
• Previous experience as a Mercedes-Benz Service Technician.
• Ability to perform maintenance and light repair work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively while working in the field.
• Comfortable using tablets, laptops, and Mercedes-Benz diagnostic software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
