JOB MISSION:
We’re looking for a highly organized Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join the EMEA Marketing organisation, headquartered in the A-Factorij in Amsterdam.
This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end campaign briefing and creative process across media channels, ensuring campaigns are built to deliver against both brand and commercial objectives. You will play a key role in bridging creative, media, and ecommerce teams, driving best-in-class execution across campaigns.
Working closely with GTM, Paid Media, Ecommerce Trade, Creative, and external agency partners, you will ensure that all activity is insight-driven, performance-focused, and continuously optimised through testing and innovation.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Own the end-to-end campaign briefing process across performance media, from initial ideation through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
Develop clear and detailed briefs for agencies and creative teams, ensuring alignment with campaign and commercial objectives, trade priorities, and performance targets.
Ensures that campaigns are directly aligned to GTM/Seasonal planning for all channels
Guide asset selection from global toolkits and define creative direction tailored to performance channels.
Ensure all outputs meet expectations through quality control and alignment checks with agency partners.
Review and analyse campaign performance, identifying actionable insights to continuously improve creative and media effectiveness.
Feed learnings back into future briefs to drive iterative improvements and stronger results over time.
Own the testing roadmap across performance media, with a focus on new technologies, platforms, and formats.
Own the direction and application of creative technology partners within the business, driving collaboration between creative, media, and agency teams. Lead innovation initiatives such as feed-based automation and dynamic creative solutions.
Oversee product feed management in partnership with global teams, ensuring accuracy across performance and affiliate channels.
Manage and optimize the campaign project-management ecosystem across business units and departments, improving workflows and communication.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Relevant number of years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or performance-focused roles.
Experience managing campaign briefing processes and working with creative and media agencies.
Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and the role of creative across the funnel.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Experience with feed management, dynamic creative optimisation, or tools such as Smartly is beneficial.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on testing and continuous improvement.
Commercial awareness and understanding of ecommerce trade priorities.
