As a Director, Financial Business Partnering at ICON, you will drive financial strategy and decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do:
You will lead finance and financial management delivery across your portfolio, setting standards and developing your team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
- Providing in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and resource allocation across various departments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accountability.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Providing financial guidance on business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth.
Your Profile:
You will bring significant finance and financial management experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience in financial business partnering, with a proven ability to influence business decisions and drive financial performance.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, with proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
- Track record of delivering financial insights that improve business outcomes and support long-term strategic goals.
