Description

Position Description: Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Provider Relations tasks. Assists in the implementation of procedures and/or activities related to the credentialing, re-credentialing and the retention of network providers. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Maintains provider profiling system and communicates with providers by phone regarding contractual inquires and/or credentialing status and information. Performs duties under direct instruction and close supervision.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems
  • Ability to work in a goal orientated environment
  • Ability to meet high standards for attendance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous Outbound or Inbound Call Center.
  • Prior experience working in a dental or medical healthcare environment.
  • Basic healthcare terminology.
  • Experience in a virtual working environment.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 - 31 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
