Description
Drive Reliability in Industrial Maintenance as Maintenance Engineer
In this position, you work close to production and maintenance, ensuring that equipment, machines, and automation systems operate safely and efficiently. You analyze equipment performance, prioritize actions, and develop maintenance operations. This is your opportunity to combine hands-on maintenance, data-driven decision-making, and long-term development work in an industrial setting. You will also participate the maintenance work on field when needed and collaborate and communicate closely with various stakeholders such as internal customers, sub-contractors and machinery suppliers.
Your responsibilities
You will develop operational maintenance control and machine monitoring for mechanical and electrical equipment and production lines
You will analyze equipment condition and availability, and prioritize maintenance actions based on data
You will maintain and support factory PLC automation together with external partners
You will manage and develop spare parts availability and maintenance data
Expectations for you
You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
You have 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial environment
You have solid understanding of PLC-based automation and industrial control systems
You are familiar with working in production environments and collaborating with different stakeholders
Your working languages are Finnish and English
