Job title: Financial controller associate

Reports to: Financial Manager

Location: Krakow

Contract: full time

Duties and responsibilities:

• Check of the draft invoices in Zuora, whatever the legal entity (to be defined by the manager period per period) – Priority to Denmark
• Perform corrections on draft or posted invoices, whatever the legal entity (to be defined by the manager period per period) – Priority to Denmark
• Manage e-billing process linked to ZUORA
• Perform the recurring controls between ZUORA and X3

• Booking of the payments in X3
• Management of the reminders (by e-mail)
• Management of the report PBI

• Support Finance and HR in administrative tasks

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related business field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Practical experience working with ERP platforms nice to have
• Analytical thinking skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to identify financial discrepancies and propose effective solutions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional corporate structure
