Your New Role...
The Sound Designer is responsible for creating, developing and producing audio elements within the post‑production short‑form process of Streaming Creative Services. Working collaboratively with creatives, partners and production teams, this role focuses on enhancing audio quality, shaping sound experiences and ensuring consistency across more than 20 EMEA markets.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Responsible for high‑level technical setup across the team, including supervising load in/out, sound checks, and running FOH for live events as well as setting up, running and breaking down live shows
• Manipulating, enhancing, testing and improving live and recorded audio, resolving sound‑related issues and ensuring high‑quality output
• Recording, editing and mixing audio tracks across short‑form content, BTS materials, social assets, radio spots and other formats to project specifications
• Recording and directing voice-over talent (studio or remote) and supporting synchronisation of video and audio tracks
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary partners, creatives and clients, understanding briefs and contributing creative input to the mix
• Managing multi-language audio mixing (20+ languages) while maintaining quality and consistency
• Creating and updating sound libraries while continuously developing expertise through training and industry engagement

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrable experience as a Sound Designer/Engineer or similar role, including recording and editing methods and equipment
Proficiency working with audio on ProTools HD and practical experience with recording, editing and mixing software, including 5.1 mixing
Familiarity with audio mixing consoles, microphones and equalisers alongside strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
Creative audio judgement with a strong ear for sound and ability to produce specialised sound effects
Experience in ADR, Foley, video editing or composing and sound design for film, TV or cinema (advantageous)
