The role

We are building a best-in-class HR Technology landscape to support the future of the Ice Cream Company. This role acts as the functional and technical expert for VNDLY, our contingent workforce management platform, ensuring it is stable, compliant, and continuously optimized to support our global contingent workforce.

The role will own the end-to-end VNDLY solution, covering vendor management, contingent worker lifecycle, integrations with Workday and downstream systems, and ongoing enhancements. It plays a critical role in enabling a seamless, compliant, and scalable external workforce model across all markets.

What you'll be responsible for

This role will be responsible for the successful enablement of a standalone Ice Cream company with a best-in-class HR Technology landscape. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream HR Technology Lead with the following responsibilities:
 

VNDLY Platform Ownership & Expertise

• Act as the subject matter expert for VNDLY across global HR Technology landscape
• Own system configuration, data structures, workflows, and role-based access
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with business needs
• Maintain strong knowledge of VNDLY capabilities and roadmap

External Workforce Process Enablement

• Support end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle:
  • Requisition → onboarding → time tracking → invoicing → offboarding
• Ensure alignment with global HR, Procurement, and Finance processes in case of future enhancements/process design
• Drive standardization and best practice adoption across markets

Integrations & Data Management

• Own and support integrations between VNDLY and:
  • Workday (Core HCM)
  • Finance / invoicing systems
  • Reporting and data platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and flow across systems
• Support troubleshooting of integration issues and root cause analysis

AMS & Operational Support

• Act as primary interface between business stakeholders and AMS partner for VNDLY
• Support:
  • Incident triage and resolution
  • Service requests and enhancements
  • Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Ensure SLAs are met and service quality is maintained

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and drive improvements to VNDLY processes and configuration
• Support backlog definition and prioritization for enhancements
• Optimize user experience and operational efficiency
• Leverage automation and system capabilities to reduce manual effort

Release Management & Governance

• Support VNDLY releases, including:
  • Impact assessments
  • Testing (UAT coordination)
  • Deployment and hypercare
• Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance
• Maintain strong governance of changes and system updates

Reporting & Analytics

• Support reporting needs for contingent workforce:
  • Headcount and spend
  • Vendor performance
  • Compliance metrics

Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, timely, and business-relevant

We're looking for someone who

• Deep expertise in VNDLY configuration and operations
• Experience working in global, multi-country environments
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce compliance and vendor management
• Experience working with AMS / support models (L2/L3)
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Experience in Workday ecosystem integrations
• The preferred candidate would have 5+ years in HR Technology/HR Systems with at least 3years in a HR Contingent Workforce support/deployment role and the following key qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in HR Technology / HR Systems
• Minimum 1–3 years hands-on experience with VNDLY
• Experience supporting contingent workforce / external workforce solutions
• Strong understanding of HR processes, especially external workforce lifecycle
• Experience with system integrations (Workday integration strongly preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
