Electronic H/W Engineer, Fuel Control Systems

In this role you will be directly involved in next generation design of innovative control products used for advanced fuel controls and emission control systems for industrial natural gas engines and turbines.  Specifically you will be involved with analog and digital circuit design, multi-layer PCB design and layout using PAD, Altium or similar, embedded systems and product development from concept through production.  This includes component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, design verification, test and troubleshooting, validation testing, and production release. 

• This is a DIRECT HIRE position located in San Diego, CA
• Position must be worked on-site
• Pay range for this position is in the $90,000 to $140,000K range, depending on experience and expertise

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• BSEE in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 2-5 years+ experience in Electronic Hardware design
• Strong background in analog and digital design as well as multilayer PCB Design and layout
• Experience with Microcontrollers, embedded H/W, communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, CAN. UART, Ethernet, etc.)
• Experience using lab test equipment (o-scopes, logic analyzers, spectrum anlayzers) and strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
