Job Details:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Iron Skillet recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock kitchen stations before, during, and after each shift.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other commercial kitchen equipment safely.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and kitchen closing duties.
- Help create a welcoming dining experience by preparing every meal with care and consistency.
Requirements:
- Previous line cook, prep cook, grill cook, or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for great food and exceptional customer service.
