Join us in breaking barriers to well-being as our Associate Marketing Activation Manager, where you will support the execution of marketing plans across multiple brands, channels, and Asia export markets. You will help bring brand strategies to life by ensuring excellent local execution, strong customer engagement, and effective collaboration with commercial teams.
As a marketing activation expert and trusted business partner to Sales, you will provide insights into local market dynamics, support customer-facing initiatives, and act as a gatekeeper for activation excellence across export markets.
This role requires close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Business Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure product availability, successful market execution, and support of partner-led tender opportunities across the region.
This is a remote-based role (Location: Indonesia, Thailand, or Philippines) with regular travel across the region as business needs require. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager, Central & East Asia Cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing activation plans based on briefs from Brand Managers across brands and channels.
- Support Asia export markets, including Chinese-speaking markets, by ensuring locally relevant and effective activation.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to align marketing activities with customer needs and commercial priorities.
- Act as a gatekeeper for activation excellence, brand consistency, and effective execution across markets.
- Provide insights on local market, customer, and channel dynamics to support business growth.
- Drive customer education initiatives using global materials adapted for local market needs.
- Support marketing operations and sales activities, including sampling, POS materials, localization, and website updates where applicable.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in marketing activation, product marketing, trade marketing, or a related commercial marketing role.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external partner organizations.
- Experience supporting distributor or partner-led business models across multiple markets is an advantage.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel within Asia as required.
