The Role
Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages hub for the eastern seaboard. This state-of-the-art facility produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.
The Regional IT Support Analyst will assist end users resolve issues with computer hardware or software, respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot, diagnose problems and identify solutions with IT equipment and applications. This role will report to the Regional Support Lead and will be heavily supported by the wider National IT team.
This position involves being on call for remote support on a rotating roster, once every nine weeks. While the primary location is Wetherill Park (NSW), regular travel to other NSW sites and occasional interstate travel to VIC, WA, QLD, TAS and SA is required.
Responsibilities
Provides 1st and 2nd level support to internal staff for computer and mobile device issues, either face-to-face or remotely
Where required, escalate issues to level 2/3 support teams or a third-party vendor
Provide video conferencing assistance and fault finding
Provide new equipment to end users and Image new systems with Bega standard operating environment
Liaise with procurement team on stock levels so that replacement stock can be ordered.
About you
Qualifications and/or Certifications in IT
Experience within an IT Specialist role providing infrastructure/hardware/application support to multiple sites
ITIL experience and certification desired
Ability to be proactive and take initiative during non-peak times
Passionate and willingness to grow their career with a well-established and iconic Australian brand
