What You'll Do:
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by:
- Monitoring assigned posts and remaining alert to changing conditions
- Conducting scheduled patrols of client property
- Controlling access to authorized personnel and visitors
- Responding promptly to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activity
- Preparing accurate written reports and communicating important information to clients and supervisors
- Contacting law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
- Providing exceptional customer service while representing SafeHaven Security Group with professionalism
Schedule:
This is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hours per week.Scheduled shifts: Tuesday's and Friday's
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Successful candidates are dependable, professional, and exercise sound judgment in a variety of situations. They communicate effectively, remain calm under pressure, and are committed to providing outstanding service to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass state and FBI background checks
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening
- Military, law enforcement, or prior commissioned security experience is preferred, but not required
- Must successfully complete SafeHaven Security Group's required training program upon hire
