Disclaimer: This position is in scope for the sale of Shell’s Indonesia Mobility Value Chain Business. Under the transaction, PT Shell Indonesia (PTSI) has agreed to transfer the Shell Group’s Mobility Business to a joint venture formed by Citadel Pacific Limited and the Sefas Group. As part of the process, PTSI will first transfer the Mobility Business to PT Shell Retail Indonesia (PTSRI), a wholly owned Shell Group entity, through a spin-down. If selected, you will receive an offer and employment contract from PTSRI and will be required to complete the necessary documentation related to your employment transfer, including a PTSRI employment contract and consent declaration.

  • Review and support the implementation of new business models, ensuring financial processes, controls, and governance are established and executed effectively.

  • Support business initiatives, investment evaluations, and post-implementation reviews to assess financial performance and value creation.

  • Collaborate with Finance Centers of Excellence (Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Legal, and Reporting) to address complex financial matters and ensure compliance.

  • Provide financial structuring, risk assessment, and commercial advisory support for business growth, investments, and market expansion opportunities.
