Job Description:

The Immunology Learning Portfolio Partner - GI is responsible for shaping and managing a portfolio of learning experiences that build the capabilities of field medical teams across Immunology (GI, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Autoantibody) and support content creation for commercial field teams. Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Learning Excellence Organization (LEO) partners, this role translates evolving business needs into learning strategies, curricula, and capability-building solutions that support individual performance and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Immunology subject matter experts to identify capability gaps, emerging learning needs, and performance improvement opportunities

  • Serve as a trusted learning consultant for the Immunology therapeutic area by translating scientific, clinical, and business developments into clear, practical learning experiences
  • Lead the development and continuous evolution of disease-state, product, competitive readiness, and scientific engagement curricula that support field medical and commercial field team learning priorities
  • Implement and continuously improve onboarding programs that accelerate field readiness, scientific exchange, and speed-to-impact for field medical teams
  • Deliver engaging learning solutions utilizing a blend of instructor-led, virtual, experiential, social, and self-directed learning approaches.
  • Support time-sensitive business and leadership requests, including urgent updates and launch support across all JJIM clinical portfolios
  • Support team effectiveness through knowledge sharing, onboarding, and peer collaboration, helping promote consistency and operational continuity across all JJIM clinical portfolios 
  • Manages multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables in a matrixed environment while exhibiting strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills

·       Learning Consulting & Stakeholder Partnership: Serves as a trusted learning partner to subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners by diagnosing needs, shaping recommendations, and aligning stakeholders around learning priorities.

·       Clinical Content Development: Applies strong scientific and therapeutic area knowledge to support the creation, review, and continuous improvement of disease-state, product, competitive readiness, scientific exchange, and field-facing learning content.

·       Curriculum & Learner Journey Management: Manages curricula, learning pathways, onboarding experiences, and field readiness milestones that support progression from foundational knowledge to applied performance.

·       Onboarding & Field Readiness: Supports structured onboarding and capability-building experiences that accelerate speed-to-impact, scientific confidence, and effective field engagement for new and evolving field medical roles.

·       Learning Experience Delivery: Supports engaging learning solutions across formats, including instructor-led sessions, virtual learning, experiential activities, social learning, self-directed learning, workshops, and applied practice.

·       Portfolio Management & Execution: Manages the learning portfolio by identifying risks, dependencies, gaps, overlaps, lifecycle needs, and opportunities to enhance learner experience and business relevance.

·       Prioritization & Judgment: Evaluates learning demand, business value, compliance considerations, resource constraints, and learner impact to make informed recommendations on enhancements, sequencing, updates, and retirements.

·       Learning Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Uses learner feedback, business insights, readiness indicators, and portfolio performance data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements to learning solutions.

·       Governance, Quality & Compliance Mindset: Maintains high standards for scientific accuracy, content quality, documentation, tagging, discoverability, and compliance in a highly regulated life sciences environment.

·       Collaboration, Communication & Influence: Builds strong relationships across business stakeholders, SMEs, LEO partners, and cross-functional teams; communicates clearly, influences without authority, and drives aligned action.

·       Growth Mindset & Innovation: Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, adaptability, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset to improve learning experiences, solve problems, and respond to evolving business needs.

Professional Qualifications:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field (BA/BS or equivalent) **Preferred Advanced Degree**

·       Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrated track record in field medical or commercial field teams. ** Preferred experience within Immunology (GI)**
