Lead Finance integration and value realization
- Serve as the Finance functional lead throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Lead Finance Day 1 readiness activities and post-close integration execution.
- Coordinate integration workstreams across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, Controls, Compliance, and Finance Operations.
- Monitor integration milestones, budgets, synergies, and value capture objectives.
- Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and governance forums.
Build scalable processes and governance
- Drive improvements to transaction governance, integration methodologies, and Finance playbooks.
