What to Expect:
Assist with baseline management activities, including reviewing data requirements, documentation expectations, product rules, and enhancement impacts to ensure the KYC Registry remains aligned with customer, regulatory, and operational needs.
Support the implementation of new product enhancements by helping with requirement clarification, impact assessment, testing support, and rollout preparation.
Help capture, structure, and follow up on customer and internal stakeholder feedback, including input from User Group discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as KYC Operations and Product Delivery Squads.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the usability, quality, and customer experience of the KYC Registry.
What will make you successful:
Interest in product management, customer experience, Know Your Customer & Compliance.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to review information and summarize key points clearly.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain information in a clear and simple way.
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn how the product works and how customers use it.
Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Power BI would be an advantage.
Able to work independently with guidance and collaborate well with different teams.
Organized, flexible, and willing to support continuous improvement activities
