Meeting Street is currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor for 40 per week.
Duties:
- Completes all aspects of supervision with direct service providers.
- Works cooperatively with the early childhood management team on ongoing support delivery and management of the program.
- Monitors, guides and participates in the case management review process and other CQI activities.
- Meets own budgeted productivity expectations.
- Works cooperatively with the Department of Human Services on EI-related activities.
- Ensures compliance with the DHS Supervision Policies and Procedures.
- Assists in the development and monitoring of the annual budget to ensure that Program/Department targets are met and align with available resources.
- Monitors staff performance and productivity on a regular ongoing basis.

Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years related experience working with infants, toddlers and families and direct supervisory experience.
- Experience in home visiting preferred.
- EI Qualified Personnel as defined in DHS EI Certification Standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required (Advanced degree preferred) as well as appropriate licensure/certification in related field.
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Office environment
- Services take place in a variety of environments, including clients’ homes.
- Access to all Early Intervention client records only.
- Able to get at child’s level, climb stairs, deal with weather conditions, lifting, bending stooping.
- Must provide reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
