Job Description

Your tasks

• Support in the planning, organization and implementation of exclusive customer events, sponsorship activities and internal events – from preparation to implementation and follow-up.
• Coordination of organizational processes, in particular invitation management, participant lists, event documents as well as coordination with hotels, event locations, agencies, service providers and internal departments.
• Preparation and preparation of presentations, briefings as well as marketing and communication documents and support in the preparation of management meetings and appointments.
• Collaborate on marketing and communication projects, including research on economic and social issues, as well as support in the creation of content for internal and external communication channels.
• Support in the management of exclusive customer and networking events and participation in their professional implementation.
• Support in day-to-day operations – from the maintenance of marketing documents and databases to project and budget administration to the organization of a wide range of administrative and coordinative tasks within the marketing team.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies with a focus on marketing, communication, business, event management or a comparable discipline.
• Initial practical experience in the premium segment is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• You work in a structured, careful and independent manner and keep track of several projects and tasks.
• You have a high level of quality awareness, a strong service orientation and an eye for detail.
• You have very good German and English skills as well as a confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• You enjoy working in a team, show initiative and want to take on responsibility.

You will take on responsibility step by step, work closely with internal and external partners and gain a comprehensive insight into the marketing of an internationally active private bank. For this position, the yearly gross starting salary is at least EUR 42,000.--. The specific salary classification is based on the individual qualification and the professional experience relevant to the position. The employment relationship is governed by the Collective Agreement for Employees of Banks and Bankers (or LGT Investment Mgmt GmbH additionally CA Information & Consulting).
