Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and components for menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Assist in setting up and organizing the kitchen station for daily service

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment

- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

- Support the culinary team in basic cooking tasks as needed

- Stock and replenish kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations

- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to meet service deadlines

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar culinary role preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
