To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Asian Specialty Chef (Chef de Partie level) for the 2026/2027 winter season.
Key Responsibilities
Together with the entire kitchen team, you will deliver an exceptional culinary experience for our guests at the highest level. Your responsibilities include:
- Creating menus featuring Asian dishes and sushi
- Preparing a variety of Asian dishes and sushi
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Valid EU/EFTA passport or ID card
- Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- In-depth knowledge of Asian cuisine (Indian and/or Sushi)
- Professional competence, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as a very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Very good knowledge of German and English
