YOUR MISSION
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service in line with PUMA's values.
- Team Management (recruiting, developing and keep high-performing team).
- Supervise store performance and daily operations. Participate in new store openings/closings; travel may be required.
- Attend Store Manager Meetings and offsite training as required.
- Identify, interpret, diagnose the performance of the store as based on controllable operational KPI’s.
- Manage payroll and create schedules to ensure profitability and service quality.
- Ensure completion and effectiveness of training programs; Oversee loss prevention and operational compliance.
- Manage inventory, including physical counts and shrink goals.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all Store Associates and Customers.
- Work non-traditional hours as required (weekends, evenings, holidays, overtime).
YOUR TALENT
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial or senior retail staff role.
- Excellent communication skills and Leadership & Team Management knowledge.
- Analytical and performance oriented.
- Fluent in English and Czech, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work non-traditional hours as required (weekends, evenings, holidays, overtime).
