Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Technical Delivery Leads, driving the successful implementation of customer digital solutions, managing project escalations, and aligning technical delivery with customer requirements and business goals.

The Digital Solutions team partners closely with Technical Architects, Project Managers, Configurators, Developers, and Business Leadership to design and deliver secure, scalable Enterprise Content Management and document automation products.

What You’ll Do

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Guide, mentor, and supervise a team of Technical Delivery Leads while managing resource utilization, billable metrics, and individual performance development.

• Technical Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into detailed design documents and system functional diagrams across Enterprise Content Management, capture, and cloud platforms.

• Agile Delivery Management: Oversee product roadmap execution using Agile frameworks—managing backlogs, epics, release plans, and Level of Effort estimations with engineering teams.

• Escalation & Quality Assurance: Serve as the Quality Assurance lead for digital solutions, managing project escalations and ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements and governance standards.

• Operational Governance: Track project pipelines using Center of Excellence dashboards, enforce centralized documentation standards in Jira, and manage change requests across global teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 5 to 10 years of experience in technical solutions implementation, integration, information management, or technical solution development.

• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management, Intelligent Document Processing, Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and DevOps or Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery models.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on industry experience.

• Proven experience in technical leadership, operational governance, project pipeline management, and managing Key Performance Indicators such as team utilization and delivery efficiency.

• Proficiency with development languages and data frameworks, including .NET, C#, SQL, APIs, Microservices, and cloud hosting platforms.
