This is a full time permanent opportunity offering a salary of $60,000 plus superannuation.

What you’ll be working on

As an Onboarding and Maintenance Associate, you'll be the critical gateway for new clients entering our trading and investing platforms. Your role involves:

• Carefully reviewing and processing non-standard account applications

• Ensuring rigorous compliance with KYC and AML regulatory requirements

• Accurately updating client information across our trading systems

• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline client onboarding

• Playing a key part in maintaining the integrity of our client management process
