Main Responsibilities
1. Identify and monitor new project opportunities from existing and prospective clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing the company and project database.
3. Prepare company profiles, pre-qualification documents, and complete tender submissions, including administrative, technical, and commercial documents.
4. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and other internal teams to develop competitive project proposals.
5. Participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings, tender clarification sessions, bidding, and commercial negotiations.
6. Monitor tender progress, maintain project documentation, and prepare periodic reports.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project development, business development, tender management, construction, or a related field.
- Familiar with tender processes, project administration, and technical documentation.
- Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings when required.
