Now Hiring: Housekeeper – Long Term Care Facility

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team! This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Schedule

Full-Time | Weekends | Weekdays  | Other | 8-Hour Shifts | Day Shift | Every other Weekend | Rotating Holidays

Job Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and wet mop floors
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, vents, doorframes, and other high/low surfaces
• Perform terminal cleaning and prepare resident rooms for new occupants
• Use cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor machines
• Follow infection control and safety policies at all times

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Ability to work with cleaning agents and disinfecting solutions
• 1 year of Housekeeping Experience is required.
• Any experience in a Long Term Care Facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs)
