We are looking for an organised, proactive and member-focused Membership Coordinator to support the delivery of RAC’s membership strategy, with a particular focus on member communications, member benefits and products, partner support, and day-to-day operational coordination.
This role will play an important part in helping the team deliver great member experiences by keeping processes moving, responding to queries, supporting partner activity and identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done.

You’ll support a busy and evolving area of the business, helping to ensure member queries are responded to quickly and accurately, partner processes are followed and operational activity is coordinated effectively.
What you’ll do
Support the administration of member benefits, products and other membership initiatives
Coordinate day-to-day membership operations, including inbox management, member enquiries and partner support activities
Work closely with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure activities are delivered accurately and efficiently
Support invoice processing, reconciliations and general business administration
Assist with operational projects, process improvements and business initiatives
Monitor incoming enquiries and identify opportunities to improve processes and member outcomes
Contribute to maintaining accurate systems, documentation and business records
What are we looking for in you?
Experience in a coordination, administration, customer service or operational support role
A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering positive experiences
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work
Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Confidence working across multiple systems, processes and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting membership, loyalty, rewards, product or partner programs will be well-regarded
