Patient Reception Representative (Float) – Full-Time | Day Shift

💰 Pay: $17.00 – $20.85 per hour (based on your years of exp)
💵 PLUS a $1.75/hour Float Differential (this position requires floating)

As a Float Patient Reception Representative, you’ll support multiple Capital Health Medical Group practices by providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, registering patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience across various office locations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to travel between assigned practice locations as needed
• Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required
