Responsibilities:
Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes (Siemens 840D control system)
Manufacturing seals and components made from elastomers and plastics
Conducting in-process quality inspections and documenting manufactured products
Responsibility for shift performance in terms of quality and productivity (output quantity)
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training, e.g., as a Cutting Machine Operator (CNC Machinist), Toolmaker, or Metal Technology Specialist with a focus on machining technology, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in the operation and programming of CNC machines is desirable
Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
Strong quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
Reliability, commitment, problem-solving skills, and enjoyment in working with people and technology
German language skills at a minimum B1 level
Willingness to work in a three-shift operation system (3-shift model)
