### Job Overview
Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals from an assigned territory and/or key accounts by managing and supporting existing customers and developing new customers through direct sales or via defined distributors and resellers. You will sell Fluke Calibration (FCAL) electrical and temperature calibration tools and software, build strong customer relationships, and bring the value of our solutions to calibration laboratories and quality management teams.
### What You’ll Do
- Drive sales of Fluke electrical/temperature calibration tools and software to calibration laboratories and calibration service / quality management departments, mainly through direct sales and often via distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for both booking and revenue.
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships to drive growth and meet targets.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify opportunities, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions; deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Share opportunity and customer information appropriately, and feed customer requirements back to the organization in a timely manner.
- Escalate and resolve customer issues quickly to improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and reports.
- Act as regional product manager for assigned products.
- Attend trade shows and industry events; travel extensively and work extended hours as required.
### What We’re Looking For (Required)
- 3 or more years of sales experience — not limited to the test & measurement industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
- Strong selling, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English — able to read and understand business email in English.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25%+ of the time) and work flexible hours.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
### Nice to Have (Preferred)
- Sales experience gained outside the test & measurement industry is preferred.
- Experience selling to government agencies or public authorities.
- Strategic or solution-selling experience (3+ years).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
### The Person We’re Looking For
Beyond the qualifications, we are looking for someone who is:
- Energized by challenge — dislikes the word “impossible” and is motivated, rather than discouraged, by a tough challenge.
- Agile and adaptable — able to face unexpected situations with composure and even enjoy navigating them.
- A path-breaker — not a cookie-cutter candidate, but someone with their own distinct character and passion who has at some point broken away from the conventional path to pursue something of their own.
