We're looking for a Home & Scent Care Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team! As an apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing projects - market monitoring, trend spotting, data analysis, fragrance submissions, and more. You'll be mentored by industry experts, learn the ins and outs of perfumery industry, and develop skills that will fast-track your career. Your mission

• Spot trends to identify new consumer needs
• Build the home and scent category fundamentals and brand knowledge
• Analyse the market data
• Develop marketing presentations and fragrance submissions
• Create compelling visuals and moodboards to support both proactives and client projects
• Support the Global marketing team

You bring

• Marketing or Business degree, MBA profile
• Ideally a first experience in home, beauty and/or fragrance industry
• Marketing acumen and data-driven
• Project management: excellent organisational, time-management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and follow-up skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable to work in pluri-disciplinary, cross functional & global teams
• Good communication skills
• Creativity and proactivity
• Initiative-taking, dynamism and curiosity
• Master Pack office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Fluency in English
