If you thrive in an agile startup environment, love deep candidate research, are an expert with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse) and personalized outreach to turn hard-to-reach engineering talent into excited TWA candidates, this role is for you.
How You Can Make an Impact
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively source, engage, and nurture passive candidate pipelines for highly skilled roles across Engineering, Product and Customer Success organizations.
- Talent Mapping: Conduct deep-dive talent research and market mapping across robotics startups, autonomous vehicle companies, deep-tech research hubs, and tier-one engineering orgs.
- AI-Enhanced Workflows: Embrace TWA's AI-first philosophy by integrating AI sourcing tools, automation platforms, and LLMs into your daily sourcing stack to personalize outreach at scale.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with engineering and cross-functional leads to calibrate target profiles, refine job requirements, and deliver actionable talent market insights.
- Compelling Candidate Engagement: Craft hyper-personalized outreach strategies that articulate TWA’s tech stack, culture, and value proposition to stand out in candidates' inboxes.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion equitable sourcing practices to build diverse candidate slates across all business areas.
- Analytics & Sourcing Metrics: Track conversion rates, outreach velocity, and channel efficiency to continuously refine your sourcing strategy and inform talent acquisition leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of dedicated technical talent sourcing experience in a fast-growing tech startup, agency, or high-growth hardware/software company.
- Technical Domain Fluency: Proven success sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles across Robotics, C++, SLAM, Sensor Processing, AI/ML, Embedded Systems, or Edge Computing.
- Advanced Sourcing Toolkit: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search syntax, X-ray searches, and niche tech communities.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Experience utilizing modern AI productivity and sourcing tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, automated outbound tools) to accelerate workflow and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Relationship Focus: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an authentic, consultative outreach style.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly as hiring priorities change in a rapid-growth startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles (AV), Industrial Automation, or Hardware-Software integration.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting technology stacks (Greenhouse ATS, candidate sourcing CRMs, data analytics dashboards).
- Experience sourcing across both technical (Engineering/Product) and non-technical (Operations, Customer Success, Field Operations) domains.
