The Materials Procurement Specialist is responsible to ensure the management of necessary supplies while respecting quantities, quality, cost, and deadlines

Hiring Requirements

• Responsibility

- Manage supply orders based on forecasts and production needs

- Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers

- Track deliveries and handle returns or disputes

- Update inventory management systems

- Analyze supply needs and adjust orders accordingly

- Ensure compliance with supply deadlines and costs

- Work closely with the purchasing department

- Ensure that supplies comply with quality standards and current regulations

Additional Job Description

- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

- Initial experience in procurement, ideally in an industrial environment.

- Strong proficiency in evaluating suppliers in terms of price, delivery times, and payment conditions.

- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Good customer relationship skills.

- Ability to work in a team and manage emergencies.

- Excellent level of French and English.

- Proficient in Excel, Word...

 Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Capability to lift and move materials as needed.

Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth production operations.
