Eagle Systems Inc is seeking an addition to our team who posses strong communication skills and enjoys a fast paced environment. This position involves dispatching and support opportunities for our intermodal drayage trucking operations in the Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Order entry
- Scan driver paperwork, file driver paperwork according to date ranges
- Ensure all equipment is compliant with a focus on all safety areas and supporting paperwork
- Work closely with dispatcher scheduling appointments
- Work to collect customer orders and process billing and purchase transportation
- Monitoring system for proper updates from drivers and confirming that proper paperwork has been uploaded
- Interact with multiple customers daily-written and verbal
Requirements
- Knowledge of ports and railroads
- Dependable, motivated & detail oriented
- Must have strong customer service and organizational skills
- Strong organizational follow-up and interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technology/computer skills
- Ability to multitask and operate in high stress environments

Hours: Monday – Friday, based in office
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour/based on experience
