Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as an analyst on simple data validation & analysis of employee benefits schemes for various geographies.
- Prepare data questions in MS Excel as per data validation process.
- Finalize valuation data and data reconciliation to be ready for actuarial liability calculations.
- Prepare government reporting forms, including 5500 and multiple schedules.
- Understand and acquire key skills required to perform such data validation and analysis through learning from experience and motivated self-learning initiatives.
- Active participation in knowledge sharing/trainings.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good MS EXCEL and MS Word skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to analyze employee data and identify inconsistencies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality, timely and consistent results
