The Lytle Park Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for leading daily food and beverage outlet operations while creating exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining the luxury standards expected of a Forbes Recommended hotel.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and is passionate about delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support daily operations across our food and beverage outlets, including Subito, Vista at Lytle Park, and In-Room Dining.
- Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house teams through active leadership and accountability.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining Forbes and Marriott luxury service standards.
- Partner with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver seamless operations.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, payroll, and departmental budgeting.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally while creating service recovery opportunities.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and recognition initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Foster a positive, engaging culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in hotel or upscale restaurant food and beverage operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for developing people and creating an engaging team culture.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Marriott experience is preferred but not required.
- Luxury hotel experience and Forbes service knowledge are a plus.

Compensation:
$50,000 plus bonus-
